It can be a long wait ‘til morning for hospitality establishment managers who encounter legal issues after hours. But now Minneapolis law firm Johnson & Condon has launched around-the-clock legal services for all Minnesota restaurants, bars and other hospitality venues. Says Mark Condon, senior partner: “We see a substantial number of our clients who are concerned about problems after hours. The team we have assembled has significant dram shop, premises and hospitality litigation expertise which will provide a valuable resource for our clients 365 days a year.”
Hospitality establishment owners or managers can call the firm’s Hospitality Hotline at 1.888.365.0247 with any legal question, regardless of the time of day, and talk to a lawyer. Rates are $250 per hour, and participants need not be current Johnson & Condon clients to participate.
